30-MINUTE
A powerful 30-minute private session that focuses on mitt work and athletic training. Face back-to-back 30-minute sessions to create a 1-hour session.
1-HOUR
Build skill, strength, and agility in this 1-hour private session that's personalized to you. It's the perfect combo of technique and athletic conditioning.
PARTNER TRAINING
With a 1-hour partner training session you'll heat up with athletic drills, work on kickboxing combos, and gain strength right by your partners side.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
For a maximum quality and personal attention, all small-group classes are 6 clients or less. Check out our popular "Teen Boxing Class" for ages 12-17.

Train like a fighter, feel like a fighter, and have the body of a fighter! In this boxing-free class, you will train strength, balance, explosiveness, core training, and much more.

Look no further for the class that shows you exactly what Star Method is all about. This class will be a mix of strength, endurance, mitt work, and bag work. This class moves fast, so don't be surprised when the whole hour flies by!

Build your boxing foundation with mitt work, heavy bag rounds, and boxing-specific exercises. You will increase accuracy, punch power, and speed as well as learn movement with a partner.

Intermediate Boxing is a dynamic class that builds upon the fundamentals of boxing. It combines precise punches, footwork, head movement, and defensive techniques to create an effective and strategic fighting style. Training sessions include shadowboxing, bag work, pad work, and partner drills, all of which contribute to improved boxing skills, cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility. Recommended for boxers with 1+ years experience.

In this class, you will be working with other teenagers (ages 12-17) on proper defense, head movement, footwork, and much more realistic techniques needed to improve as a boxer. This is a great class of beginners and intermediate boxers. And as always, 6 clients or less!
