Do i need to know how to box?
This retreat is beginner friendly even if you have never boxed before! Our experienced coaches will be able to get you up to speed and teach you all the fundamentals before you're back home!

What do I need to bring?

Can i come by myself?
100% yes! You will be able to meet other retreat members and form lifetime friendships.
What sort of food do you offer?
We will have a wide array of food options tailored to what you are able to eat. Having a private chef onsite the entire time means we can serve you a modified version of each dish!
How many classes will there be?
There will be 7 total classes you will be able to attend. There will be boxing classes, workout classes, and even a yoga class. Each member will also be receiving a complimentary private training session which will be scheduled at the time of your arrival.
Is it safe to travel to Sayulita?
Sunset Island Resort is safely located in a laid back area of Riviera Nayrit. The resort has 24/7 security guards.
Do i have to book my own flight and airport transfer?
You will need to book your own flight, We will have two times for transfer service, one for early arrivals and one for late arrivals.
What if i have injuries? can i still attend the retreat?
Yes you can! Coaches are highly skilled to give modifications for each workout. But you should be prepared to know your body's limitations.
Where will the workouts take place?
All of the workouts will be taking place either on our Pool deck area, the beach or in the onsite gym.
Who are the coaches?
Your main coach will be Adam Nijem who is the owner of Star Method Boxing and holds a professional record in MMA. Your other coaches will be announced closer to time of travel!
