​​​    Star Method Boxing is a personalized boxing experience that focuses on proper boxing technique and functional athletic training! We are a boutique boxing and personal training studio located in Walnut Creek, California dedicated to bringing a breath of fresh air to the health and fitness industry. Being a privately owned studio the amount of attention each client receives is unmatched, separating Star Method Boxing from the rest of the pack.
   We've developed new-age workouts that combine athletic skills and proper boxing technique training you won’t find anywhere else. We pride ourselves in the fact that our youngest clients are 5 years old, as well as older clients that are 70+ year old, telling you this is a sustainable regimen suited for anyone and everyone. Each training session grows your physical and mental performance from the time you step through the door until the time you leave. Our boxing coaches set the bar high for how training sessions should push and motivate you at the same time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you offer private training & classes?
Yes! We offer 1-on-1 private sessions, partner sessions, where you and a friend can train together with one coach and small-group classes that are 6 clients or less.
How long is each private session?
You can choose a private session for either 30-min or 1-hr long. ​
What can I expect in a private session?
The 1-Hr Private Sessions starts with a low-impact warm-up, followed by athletic conditioning and strength training. The last half of the session is focused on boxing and kickboxing. The 1-Hr memberships are our most popular.

The 30-Min Private Sessions is a fast pace session that starts with a quick low-impact warm-up, then is focused on boxing and kickboxing for the rest of the session. This session is perfect for kids ages 5-15 years old.
Do I need to bring my own gloves?
Yes, please bring your own gloves and hand wraps or be prepared to buy in studio for $65 - we do not offer glove rentals.

Do I work with only ONE coach?
No, here at Star Method Boxing we pride ourselves on having a world class team of coaches, who all have different specialty’s. We highly encourage you to work with all of our coaches for best results.
Is this cardio boxing?
No way! We always teach real techniques that could be used in the ring or self defense. All of our coaches are either amateur or professional fighters, no fitness only coaches.
What is Fight Camp?
Fight Camp is a program that we offer twice a year which focuses on less than 20 members for 6-weeks of intensive training. Fight Camp offers you 3 private sessions per week as well as unlimited small group classes that we offer exclusively for Fight Camp members.
Do you offer home training visits?
What if I’m not in shape enough to train?
We welcome all levels of fitness, whether you haven’t workout out in years or days, we can accommodate your level of fitness.
What if I only want to do boxing or only strength training?
Thats totally okay! Just make sure to communicate that to your coach at the beginning of your session and we can give you a curated session depending on your needs.
